Excellent club room services

I recently stayed at Le Méridien New Delhi and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The first room we were given had no hot water at all, which was extremely inconvenient after a long day of travel. On top of that, there were tiny glass pieces on the floor in the room, and I actually hurt my feet because of it. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety standards of the hotel. Although the staff eventually changed our room, another uncomfortable issue was that the staff members seemed to expect tips and would not leave the room promptly without receiving one. This made the experience feel awkward and unprofessional. Overall, while the hotel may have a good reputation and location, the lack of proper room inspection, safety concerns, and the behavior we experienced from staff made this stay far below expectations.

Solid upscale hotel. Staff work hard to please and the breakfast buffet is top notch. Need to do something about the water bottles provided though - trying to open the metal caps on those things can be impossible.

Excellent very high standard of service provided by this Le Meridien hotel.Everything was excellent and customer friendly.Would love to stay again in future.Highly recommended!

Staff was very helpful

Lovely hotel in a good location. Close to the sites and Connaught place. The breakfast was great- a good variety and good quality. Room was a good size and the bed was comfy.

Great staff working here. The porters are the kindest and most helpful people. So thankful when they helped us to get medication into a fridge between checkout and evening airport transfer. Amazing housekeeping service who also go out of their way for ensuring guest comfort. My second stay and still impressed with the overall stay.
