Very nice accommodation. Had everything we needed. Nice to have a full apartment in a good location. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only one lift was in order, so a bit slow getting up and down. One of the beds in the pull out couch wasn’t very clean. It would have been nice to have a trash can in the kitchen. I understand wanting to reduce waste, but some things do need to be thrown away. The compost bag was great, but instructions for disposal were a bit confusing. Overall a very nice stay.

Great location and clean apartments. However the air conditioning was turned off during our stay which cause a panic specially when travelling with toddlers. Afternoon was 30°C and above which made our stay uncomfortable

Luego muy cerca esta la ciudad que hay que recorrer
La habitación esta muy bien, le faltaba una tostadora
interesante que haya un Laundry para un viaje largo

The hotel is in an excellent location, tucked away and in easy walking distance from the train station/ bus station. You can get to the centre of town and the lake in 10 mins. The staff were nice people and the apartment had all the facilities we needed. There is a supermarket round the corner for provisions. We really enjoyed our stay here.

很好 The apartment was well placed for walking into Annecy.
It was clean and spacious enough for our needs. I did book a 4 person apartment which implied we had four separate beds which we needed. What we actually ended up with was a double, a single sofa and a pull out single trundle bed. It wasn’t ideal but we made it work.
Small studio kitchen was well equipped.
Toilet separate from the bathroom was good, however no sink in the toilet area was a little strange. Opening doors, walking through the apartment and using light switches with unwashed hands wasn’t my favourite thing.
Free coffee, tea and water was a great advantage.
Staff friendly and helpful.
