A nice and clean property. Breakfast was great. Disappointing was that there was no proper Conceirge service, staff was pleasant but were unaware of their surroundings and cologne area as such. air conditioning did not work and temperatures were always set at 25 degrees despite making 3 complaints on each days.

Fabulous staff that went the extra mile!

Excellent gym with 4+ machines (bicycles, ellipticals), dumbbells up to 20kg, a cable machine, and an assisted power rack. I stayed in a room with a loft / spiral stair case. Lots of space, but slightly inconvenient as bed is upstairs and bathroom / wardrobe is downstairs. The room was very dark with a single window due to building design, so could use more lighting in the living room like a floor lamp(s). Rooftop bar is a nice addition with amazing views. Definitely mention you are a hotel guest as they were at capacity and limiting access. Overall would stay again at this hotel as the building is so unique and very close to a metro station (one block away).

We stayed in the Junior suite at this hotel and thought it was great. Lovely, big space. Nice shower. We used the gym and thought that was very good for a hotel gym. The breakfast was very nice with many good things you could order in addition to the buffet. We liked the location of the hotel- a little bit tucked away but still close to the city center. Would stay here again!

Great hotel. Very unique. Lived up to the hype. Room was very comfortable. Friendly staff both at front desk and rooftop bar. Highly recommend the experience.

Unique property located in the old water tower. Good location.

I really enjoyed this hotel - it is an experience! The rooms are comfortable, almost luxurious….the breakfast buffet is amazing, they have a nice spa/sauna, and a reasonable (albeit just essentials) gym. The neighborhood is quiet, so no noise, and easy walking distance to parts of Cologne. Note: the front desk is rarely staffed, which is a key gap in case of emergency needs or scheduling changes.

The experience on the whole was good. The building itself is fun and well-planned. Rooms were comfortable and interesting. Gym was excellent. 'Spa ' is a sauna. A nice sauna, but not a spa. Im not sure if this
