EXCLETEN LOCALIZACION LIMPIEZA Y SERVICO

Only stayed one night but the hotel was comfortable and clean.

We had to change rooms 3 times, the sheets were horrible and the toilet in the second room didnt flush. Not rexomend

The hotel was located in a great area Accessible to restaurants, shopping etc Our room was a little out dated The bathroom was very dark, the towels were very very old, had holes on it The sheets were also old First day we needed to ask for soap in the shower, the light at the entrance was not working We told the housekeeper and they took care of the problem My friend’s room was very nice, the bathroom very nice, not dark as mine Her sheets very nice also, new A little disappointed because they told me at the check in that we had an upgrade Our room faced an old, ugly building But for just one night was ok, but not to staying for more than a night The breakfast was ok The staff very nice, very helpful

I stayed at Americas Copacabana and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable!

Excelente servicio, muy cerca de la playa.

Wifi wasn’t working in the room and asked to fic it but nobody came to look even after complaining for 2 days straight.

The hotel had several elevator issues. Not working! The AC in our room was broken and we needed to change rooms. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty!

Everything was perfect

Excelente ubicación, desde que entras huele exquisito, lo único que pude notar es que la habitación tiene. Pocos enchufes para cargar dispositivos, pero luego todo fue excelente
