Great rooms, good location

Awesome location! The rooms have a bit of wear and tear. Wall paper peeling in the bathroom. Sofa had stains and the bathroom barn door is super loud when opening and closing.

Clean room

Fire station right across the street which made for a noisy stay and not a restful sleep. Hotel gave our room away because we booked through Hotels.com so we got a smaller room which wasn’t big enough for our family unless you count sleeping on an uncomfortable pull out bed which we know isn’t an option. Complimentary breakfast was good.

My room was on the 15th floor and had amazing views. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Everything met my standards, and even the sofa bed was comfortable! I did see previous reviews from guests complaining about the fire station across the street and the sirens being loud day and night. However, to be honest, you’re staying in a busy city—what do you expect? The hotel even provides a white noise machine and earplugs if the noise really bothers you. The hotel is also in a great location. I definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent restaurant on site

Everything was great from check in to breakfast to the courteous staff and clean room. Will definitely return.

Rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping was awesome. Very centrally located in downtown Chicago.
