Just a well maintained property with a serene setting that gives access to downtown Palm Springs and access to surrounding cities

I had a great stay with my family. Clean and comfortable.

I was there because my wife was hospitalized at Desert Regional Medical Center and motet is located just a few minutes away by car or simply walking.

Manager not helpful and defensive when tasked with a simple problem, almost like he is just there to tend to his own personal business. Not good at hospitality, maybe hospitality in the USA is related to not having guests who are disrespectful causing disruption, trashy attitude around the pool area. Simply I asked the manager if there is a hotel policy on Disruptive behavior around the pool are, The guest was in the pool yelling at her kid for over an hour. Went to the office manager to ask if he could help. The disruptive guest at the pool had everyone by the pool area disturbed and upset from having to listen to the rudeness, loud, obnoxious yelling.

Exceeded expectations!!!!

Not good at hospitality, maybe training or learning about hospitality in the USA works, his foreign accent was almost impossible to understand. Could be a cultural or language barrier problem. He doesn't understand or can't relate to have guests who are not happy about the disrespect and disruption of some trashy people around the pool area. Simply I asked if there is a hotel policy on Disruptive behavior around the pool area, another guest was in the pool yelling to her kid for over an hour. Went to him the office manager to ask if he could help. The disruptive guest at the pool had everyone by the pool area disturbed and upset from having to listen to the rudeness, loud, obnoxious woman.

I felt safe sleeping there, room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again. Just two things that would improve everyone’s stay. The bathroom needs a small table or over the toilet cabinet to place clothes, and items well getting ready, shaving, etc. 2nd there’s no coffee in the lobby available for guests. Other than that it’s a great place to rest your tired self. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay there! Opportunities for improvement would be the parking situation and the air conditioning. While the air conditioning works for the most part it really struggled when the heat of the day kicked in. But other than that the staff was very friendly the room was clean and comfortable! Probably would consider staying there again but only if it wasn't really hot weather.

Beds were comfy, pillows were soft, it’s a pretty property with friendly staff. Only complaint would be lack of counter space in bathroom.

The LOBBY and the property are beautiful. So is the pool. The large hot tub seem like it could use a makeover. The majority of the property is very nice and well put together. The rooms are large. However, it does need an update. It has definite signs of Weir and tear here and there and could use minor renovation. Definitely worth it for the price.
