The location was great, the lobby area was great. The room had not been updated. The bathroom was not up to date, bad.

I was deeply disappointed with my stay. First, I didn’t receive the room I paid for. I was placed in a poorly maintained room and couldn't get any sleep. Despite my complaints, staff only moved me to a different room at midnight, which made the experience even worse at midnight to move all l luggage’s without any help from the reception staff . I definitely won't be returning to this place and cannot recommend it to anyone!

Great location

We didn’t see the rooms shown on the hotels photo library. The rooms we stayed in (3 guests) were old, decrepit and not reflective of what we thought we were paying for. The bathrooms were horrendous, the curtains were a game of perfect lining up to stop the sun coming in and their were splats of blood on the walls in multiple rooms.

The conditions were not even close to the pictures. The bathroom was in terrible conditions.

Excellent location. Wonderful shower. Good spread at breakfast. Helpful staff. On the downside, while we were on the upgraded 8th floor, some of the building is still in need of updating. Breakfast area is tired. 'Hot' food on one day was cold. Decor on our floor not my taste. Too dark. But that's a personal thing. Room was big and had everything we needed.

The hotel doesn't have WiFi. I went down to the front desk and the manager shrugged and said that it often didn't work in rooms, but I consider that a basic necessity.

The staff is very polite.

While the lobby has been renovated, the room we stayed in was not in great condition. The beds are relatively new, however, everything else is from Communist times and falling apart. Has a balcony. Somebody had smoked either in this room or in one connected to this one via the bathroom vent as the cigarette smell was heavy when we checked in. Location is very good and central. Would have chosen another central hotel for the same price had I known the state of the rooms Staff was courteous. Would probably had chosen another centralsame
