FLAWLESS stay!! Stayed one last night when we returned from Busan and had a very restful night before our early morning flight to Tokyo.

We had a very pleasurable stay at the hotel for our short trip. The hotel is centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit by taxi and taxi’s are easy to obtain. The hotel facilities are exceptional and the staff super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

This was ABSOLUTELY the best hotel we have ever stayed in...EVER! All other hotels take note. #flawless

The hotel is stunning and smells amazing. The housekeeping staff is incredible. The room has stunning views of Seoul. The room service is delicious and if I’m being honest my favorite fried chicken in S Korea. The hotel is perfectly located and near a lot of landmarks. The room was nice and spacious and we appreciated them being accommodating of us 5 in the family room. The negative for us was the concierge desk. They weren’t able to help us with a boat tour even though I was able to book one on my own. They were able to coordinate taxis from the hotel but not beach to the hotel from locations and restaurants which was so frustrating. We got stuck in the rain somewhere and the FS didn’t help us get a taxi.

Amazing all around. The bar was an incredible experience. Great rooms, great location. Helpful staff. Oh and the breakfast!!! Wow!!

I wanted to share a comment following my recent stay. I understand from both the hotel and my credit card issuer that the incidental deposit was refunded in full in KRW. However, because the deposit was processed as a charge and later refunded, I incurred approximately CAD $64 in foreign exchange costs despite not using any incidentals. I've stayed at many international hotels over the years and this is the first time I've encountered this. I thought you might appreciate the feedback, as other international guests may have a similar experience. If there is an alternative process, such as using an authorization hold where possible, it could help avoid this situation.

Location was excellent. Service was superb. View was fantastic. Overall everything was absolutely fabulous
