Staff were so helpful ,friendly and attentive. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely go back.

Lovely hotel fab restaurant

A very well managed and conveniently located hotel, just on the edge of the heart of Liverpool's city center. An easy walk to the docks and other points of interest. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, but unfortunately understaffed. The staff were run off their feet and extremely helpful though not enough of them to keep the place running. Decent room and facilities. Rhys at breakfast was efficient and professional trying to hold a sinking ship together.

Fab location & staff really helpful

Very good location and helpful/friendly staff!

- Hotel room air con required maintenance but the maintenance team weren't on site. Fan was provided in room - Advertised 24-hour fitness room which I couldn't access regardless of time of day - TV remote was missing on arrival, had to request twice - one was faulty, the next which worked came quickly - team receptive of asks - Query room cleanliness or attention to cleanliness details as found a toenail on floor as I came in and later found someone's makeup which must have rolled out of sight. Overall okay stay but did not reflect the high reviews by other guests which had me select this hotel.

Premium room excellent.

Lovely stay thank you. Staff were lovely! For me, the bed was too hard!

Lovely hotel with clean rooms, helpful staff and a lovely bar/restaurant. The room had everything we needed including a nicely stocked mini fridge, iron and robes. The location was perfect, close to the town & the docks. Highly recommend
