Pleasantly surprised! Excellent choice near the airport and Marina I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel. I initially kept my expectations low, booking just a single night here to catch an early flight after a 6-night all-inclusive stay at the beach in Nuevo Vallarta. We really just needed a place to sleep after spending the our last day at Vidanta and watching Cirque du Soleil's Ludo. The hotel feels brand new, exceptionally clean, and highly functional. Its location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute drive from the airport and within walking distance of Marina Vallarta. I was especially impressed by the pool area; while the pool itself is on the smaller side, it sits on a lovely rooftop terrace that is perfect for relaxing with a drink. The complimentary breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a great variety, including made-to-order eggs, sopes, and quesadillas. I was not expecting this at a Holiday Inn. I would definitely stay here again if I need a convenient spot near the airport or Puerto Vallarta Marina in the future.

Front desk staff was very rude. We arrived early and were informed check in was at 4:00pm, understandable since it was disclosed on reservation. We were a party of 5, 2 rooms reserved. After over a 3 1/2 hour wait, I decide to finally ask why everyone was getting their room and not us. Moises mentioned he was not aware we were waiting for our room, he mentioned the staff leaving never I informed and he never asked, even though we were right in front of him. We even took a nap in the lobby right across from reception. He mentioned all of those receiving rooms belong to the Holiday inn loyalty program and we reserved through an agent. Moises said we were still getting our room before 4:00pm. So he felt the wait was reasonable. Earlier, when the original staff took our IDs, they mentioned if we paid $450 MXN they could allow early check in, however when I said only one room, they (2 staff) mentioned it was not available anymore. We asked if my 8 year old grandson could see the pool and they would not allow to see the pool. To make matters even worse, the next day my grandson got a bad cut in their pool. There is either a sharp edge or rough pool surface which cut his foot. We decided to check out one day earlier. The service was horrible, never experienced this at a Holiday Inn. The breakfast was decent. When checking out, the staff asked about our stay, I explained and he had a nice gesture, he arranged a ride back to the airport for free. This is great customer service!

The air conditioner in all the common areas in all the floors did not work, hallways extremely hot. I was offered a shuttle to airport as part of guest privikedge and one hour before I inquired and was told the called off.

Me gustó la propiedad , excelente. Excepto el servicio en recepción. La recepcionista parece demasiado seria y acartonada, ni una sola muestra de amabilidad. Parecería que vas a pedirle fiado o como si te viera y pensara que no te mereces estar ahí. Cumple su trabajo y hasta ahi. Muy diferente el trato en el estacionamiento y el botones fueron muy amables ambas personas.
