低於平均 No AC unless requested. No microwave unless requested. Lights in the room only stay on for 5 minutes at a time. Lights would turn off while I was in the shower multiple times. Paid wayyyy to much for this quality

Honestly, i have no bad comments to make. Everyone and everything exceeded my expectations. I book a private room and was upgraded to a room with a view because it was a birthday trip. The hotel has so much charm and sophistication. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d highly recommend the Freehand hotel Los Angeles. Perfect location and the views from the rooftop gave Miami. Thank you for a wonderful stay freehand i will be back.
