Beatiful hotel. Great staff

Lindo hotel, limpio, discreto, tranquilo y con excelente ubicacion en Centro Historico cerca de todo lo importante. ¡Te sirven el desayuno en tu habitación o en el bonito patio a la hora que tu pidas!!! Todo super limpio y las chicas limpiadoras son muy amables. Hubo un malentendido a la hora del pago que me cobraron doble. Y enseguida lo resolvieron y me hicieron el reembolso inmediatamente. MAGNÍFICA OPCIÓN de hospedaje En Querétaro.

Very nice and old place. Clean . Helpful staff. Breakfast is toast and fruit. No parking . You csn park on the street.at times a few blocks away. Do not park in the garage down town for more a couple hours. Or you will pay $40 to $50 a day. Beautiful town. Very safe at night. Lots of police guarding all night .

Very spacious well appointed rooms, with a superbly comfortable bed and a good shower. The included breakfast is simple but good quality.

We had a wonderful time at El Serafín. The staff was wonderful from the beginning and gave us great ideas of places to visit and how to get around town. The hotel is very central, and it’s about a 3 minute walk to museums, Oxxos, and food spots. The location made it easy to explore and we really enjoyed our stay. We spent our evenings enjoying the terrace and watching the sunset.

It’s a small reasonably priced hotel. It is in centro easy to walk around. There is no parking and local parking for 36 hours was $1100 pesos. Be prepared.

Amazing, curated rooms, with beautiful shared lounging spaces. The location is unbeatable. It’s in the heart of the historic area and we were able to drop by several times a day to rest, drop things off etc

A lovely hotel right in the middle of the historic district. The staff was exceptional. Our room opened onto a patio with a fountain. We will definitely be back.
