The front desk was attentive when I asked for the kettle to be changed out. It was very useful to have access to laundry facilities for free if you do not have them in your room, you just need your own detergent or can ask staff to provide (not sure if they ask for a fee for that). Staff were friendly and I loved the room. The breakfast was fine, but perhaps could do with more variety as the days I went there it was the same each time. Maybe a buffet dinner as an option for one free meal each day could be an option as an alternative to free breakfast. Great location, 10 minute walk to the harbour and queen street

Very impressed with the apartment. Quiet location, easy walk to Britomart and Viaduxt. Handy carpark. Excellent locattif attending anything at Spark arena. Minor negate was no dishwashing liquid to wash individual dishes, only dishwasher.

Great facility and value for money.

Quiet hotel never heard any noise from within the hotel however heaps of people zooming around the neighbourhood all night long on the Saturday night but less people on the sunday night, of course this is out of the hotels control but some people may appreciate our honesty. We would stay at the property again and in fact are looking to book again very soon.

Great room, so close to Spark arena. Wouldn't hesitate to book again
