They were very attentive to our needs. They picked us up from the pier and made sure we got to our room. They were continuously keeping the grounds, pools and every area clean. When we left they made sure we got to our transfer point. We cannot race enough of how helpful and wonderful the staff were. The location was great.

Beautiful resort on nice location, convenient and near by restaurants and stores

Pool is amazing and tranquil, rooms superb, beach fantastic. Massages are priced well, shops and restaurants on the street just outside. One of my favourite hotels in the world.

The riom was clean and spacious. The staff was very pleasant. I enjoyed the pool.

A fantastic place to stay. The staff are great, the location is amazing and the pool is one of the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at. It is also great that all the equipment for water activities is free to use - kayaks, paddle boards etc. My only advice is to check the weather carefully before you go as there is not a lot to do here (or on koh lipe in general) when the weather is bad.

Hotel and staff are great. Included breakfast is nice. I enjoyed the pool and direct access to the beach. Weather was not as good as expected so I did not get to see the hotel at its peak sunny beauty. Laundry service was great. I stayed in B3 and the hot water was trickling, they fixed it right away. The mosquito screen was torn so I could not let the sliding door open. They provided snorkels, kayak, paddle and kid sand toys for free. They get you at the boat arrival and take you to the pier for departure.
