Everything was great and no issues.

Helpfull staff and clean rooms

It would be nice to have air conditioning for the hot summer days.

We slept a family of 4, and under the sofa bed, there was dirt and the trash on the bathroom was full. The breakfast was not the best. The ham looked like it was not fresh, but we had something to eat and that was it. The staff was helpful and kind.

Great location near central market, Thomaskirche, Nikolaikirche, lots of bars/restaurants/cafes everywhere. Even shopping, if you must waste your vacation on that. Very good German breakfast buffet, with Brötchen, cheese and sandwich meats, as well as North American staples. AC had a little trouble coping with the uncharacteristic 35C heat wave. TV in room was flaky, with system resetting itself a couple times per hour.

We liked the central location, spacious room and large windows. We also enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby :)

Love the everything here, a never regret the stay choice, like the atmosphere most, feel calm, relax, art inspiration and nice free coffee in the lobby.

The hotel, location, staff and amenities were all excellent! My room was very spacious with a balcony door which can help with some much needed fresh air. Bed was super comfy too. I'd give this hotel 5 stars but will give 4. With some on-site laundry facilities and a mini fridge in my room, I'd have easily given it a 5 star rating. If you don't need those features, go for this hotel! Very recommended. :)
