Location was perfect

The check in staff were very rude and wanted everyone’s ID. This was very strange and never heard of this before. I checked in my luggage and they never could find it so I would have to go help. The elevators are extremely slow which caused a lot of frustration from everyone. The location is ideal but not sure this hotel meets Marriott standards.

Great hotel

I asked for the concierge to order a van for the morning. When morning arrived the staff had changed and acted like I didn’t request a cab even though I watched the concierge write it in the book. We accepted a very smushed cab ride to the airport. The Marriott restaurant double charged me. When I inquired the staff acted like I was stupid by telling me I ordered twice the food. I stood my ground, a manager was called and easily changed the charge. Overall all poor staff performance.

This is absolutely a lovely hotel. Very nice accommodations. We had a separate room with two beds and an additional bathroom for our kids and it was nice to have the extra space. Close to Grand Place, etc. I would for sure stay here again. Brussels was not our favorite city but if you are going to come stay here!

I travel here for work often, hotel is excellent.

The location was excellent 👌

They clean room badly. It was on floor some piece of paper. They didn’t change tissue box even our box was empty. We asked and they bring 1 1/2 hours later. Nobody refill body wash it was almost empty. But hotel location is terrific. Breakfast is fine but price wise better to eat outside. We had few times because we had early tours . So I recommend to stay because location is very good and convenient.
