Excellent stay and we really enjoyed

Nice friendly staff nice location and clean room and breakfast easy to park has delays at check in for 30 mins due to technical problems with gaining access to rooms with key cards staff manage to sort it out same day in the evening.

Room was clean, staff very helpful and accommodating, breakfast was excellent. AC was coolish, but not cold.

Staff were amazing, always willing to ensure you enjoyed your stay. Breakfast was good! Room was cozy, I hardly wanted to step out 😁. Enjoyed the bar as well, particularly loved it’s ambiance.

Was booked to stay during the heatwave - trains were cancelled, advice was not to travel but hotel refused to give any flexibility to the booking rate. Wouldn’t cancel, wouldn’t amend just a blanket response of. T&Cs of booking say no

Amazing big room in the perfect location. A stones throw from underground. The room itself was large, comfortable and quiet despite being right at the excel. Shower was amazing, very comfortable queen size bed, black out blinds that actually work. Staff were friendly. Bar area was nice to chill in. Parking on site definitely helped despite the charge. We didnt eat on site but food looked nice from what we saw. We didnt use swimming facilities but wish we had the time too. All looked well maintained and clean

The room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and courteous. It was a very hot day and the lobby was a bit warm, but room temperature was good.

Great, luxurious hotel in a great location - loved it

All it great, except the parking is over priced for hotel users.

Lovely room, good location and beautifully maintained
