Ideal hotel for a stay in Palermo, centrally located for all the main sites. Perfect air conditioning throughout, comfortable areas to sit. Breakfast couldn’t be better with tremendous choice in a beautiful dining room. Room kept very clean and all staff welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Staff was excellent especially reception people. Could not get better location for the hotel. Staff however did not recommend the restaurant in the hotel said was overpriced.

This is a fantastic hotel in an amazing location—it's close to absolutely everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is amazing with great options to start your day. Highly recommended for a peaceful yet convenient stay!

The location is great, the lobby looks very original and interesting. The rooms however look and feel as if no one washed the rugs in 100 years, it has a bad smell and feels old and outdated . The mattress is a back killer.
No iron in the hotel which I definitely didn’t like!!!
The reception told me that they can iron for me for a fee but they don’t have any iron for guests.
Breakfast was very good!!

Beautiful hotel and an awesome location. The lobby area was enormous. Must’ve been a bank at one time we think. The rooms were great and big.
