Very clean, good helpful staff, good location

I enjoyed my stay at grand ixora -- staff were super helpful. I needed help with my room card not working one day, and they needed to have someone come and change out the door lock-- it was all fixed in less than 10 minutes-- very impressive. room was clean and smelled nice, temperature control worked well, free 2 bottles of water a day kept me hydrated and healthy. highly recommend.

Excellent stay, highly recommend! We had a wonderful experience staying here. The location was perfect for exploring, and the entire property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Our room was incredibly comfortable, quiet.

The breakfast was ok a bit boring same menu 4 of 5

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and I appreciated the bottles of water provided each day. So much within walking distance. Breakfast was ok - definitely more Indonesian. Lots of options for the restaurant and room service. A different complimentary activity available most days near the pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The hotel staff are really friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very good. I recommend it.

Friendly staff, nice pool, can’t hear the busy street from the hotel, spa on-site, clean and tidy room. Very enjoyable stay

The location of the hotel is not an issue, the staff are friendly

Staff were very friendly! The venue is a bit out dated, no drawers in the room, so. No where for you to keep your clothes except for a tiny amount of hanging space. But no real modern room amenities. The bed was a bit hard, but spacious. Room cleaning service would be knocking early hours of the morning while I was still in bed to clean my room! That wasn’t great! They woke me up a couple of times. When I put out a do not disturb sign they would call me to make sure I didn’t need a clean? I was told they charge for water in the room! I didn’t use their water I purchased my own. Food Room Service was amazing the food was fantastic and I really enjoyed that! The location is awesome..
