Good clean hotel, only slight issue is that it's split between two buildings

Room was very clean and had good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Annex building beside men’s hostel — sketchy

Good location. Very poor breakfast

Can't review the property, as I was sent an email stating I was moved to a different hotel that was much further from the train station. Still trying to sort out a reimbursement for the taxi. Have asked several times. It would have been better to be given the option for me to find an alternative hotel if I was not happy with the location.

Perfect short stay, excellent value for money, super friendly staff, tasty breakfast with everything you need, fresh crusty bread and amazing croissants. Will come back!

Comfortable, friendly, clean, great breakfasts. Could do with tea/coffee in rooms or a machine in the foyer.

The hotel is actually split across two seperate buildings. This isn’t a problem but something that’s not obvious from their website. The room was clean and comfortable. But no tea/coffee, fridge, iron, or air con! Not a problem in October but might be in summer! Functional but certainly no more. Benefit is very close to Hauptbahnhof. If you need a simple but comfortable option, this is it.

Looks like an office building, terrible lobby area, grouchy receptionist, no AC, no coffee machine in the rooms, very basic small rooms! Paid over $250 per night ( I think inflated due to Eurocup) . Should be $50-$75 per night. Definitely won’t go back.
