Best experience at this resort. Do not sleep on the perks in this hotel. Beautiful spa and pools! Doesn’t matter what weather you go during, there will be something fun to do here. We rented bikes, sat in the swim spa and ate marshmallows by the firepit and enjoyed the casino. Very relaxing and fun experience! I cannot say enough good things about this place.

The Hotel, Restaurant, Bar and other amenities were great. However, the very best part was the staff, who were ALL exceptional-plus!! It was truly remarkable how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff members were. We even found the exceptionally friendly service in many of the other venues that we visited nearby. A fabulous few days in North Lake Tahoe that we plan to experience again.

This hotel use to be part of a much larger property. More than half of the property is under construction and not for use by guests. It's a bummer, this used to be a really nice place for a vacation, now it's just another hotel...a nice one, but not like t was.

Room was clean .Staffs were nice .Breakfast is only with good credits and got members only when you already ended the breakfast then they bill you and tell you.But the hotel says when booked that breakfast is included. All like a trap. casino is very small .overall -not for kids and families. 3/5
