Short overnight stay, decent room and great staff. extremely forthcoming. Spent the evening at the bar and had breakfast the next morning before leaving for the airport. very close to the airport and quiet. Breakfast selection was nice.

Short drive from the airport. Staff very helpful checked us in early. Only issue is cars n bus beeping than again its dhaka

This hotel shouldn't be Expedia, there are multiple reasons why. On going construction in the building and guests are unable to sleep during the day. Because of the banging and drilling noise, I hadn’t slept in two days so asked front desk for refund for the next two days so i can find a different accommodation, they told me there is nothing they can do and wont issue a refund. I was told these construction are for you, the guest so you can stay in a nicer room. (I have videos and pictures and will be posting them on google review as well) If they had construction planned they should’ve emailed guests in advance and gave them the opportunity to decide if they’re willing to stay while construction is ongoing in the building. Had multiple issues with the bathroom, switched room and had the same issue. First bathroom was overflowing shower and they fixed it and didn't solve the issue, second bathroom was leaking water from the toilet and they had to come 5 different times within 1 hour to fix the issue. Rude female employee behind the counter who gives attitude if you ask questions about your bill. Everyone should avoid this hotel and I wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business in the near future. This was my 3rd visit at this hotel and will be my last.

Staff gave 7 star service. From the lady at the restaurant to reception. They made my experience so wonderful and even went with me to the shops to find a traditional dress.They also arranged a personal assistant inside the airport to get me quickly through the budy crowds. 7 star service all the way at the Western maple leaf airport

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the airport. Staff was great and very helpful. Great shower and AC. Very safe. Th staff made my stay better. This hotel is a 10 out of 10. The city of Dhaka is a negative 10 out of 10 so if you’re forced to enter Dhaka I would recommend this hotel and never leaving the hotel. After visiting 150 countries and all their capitals, this city ranks as close to the bottom as it gets.
