The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was terrible. The shower head didn’t sit properly on the holder. The lounge should cater for 4 people if the apartment is 4 people.

The staff were excellent, Carole in particular, and made me feel very welcome. I was almost sad to leave!

Room needs some upgrades. Damage to walls and not a lot of power points near the bedside tables.
Toilet barely flushed and there was a smell of chlorine in the room

Location of the room was not ideal, but as with all accommodation you can't pick and choose. Hotels.com should be more accurate in describing the room location and not suggesting that the room picked will have water views.
