The Hampton at Newcastle is literally across the road from the main train Station and Metro, so that is a big bonus. The Hotel Room was very good and tea/coffee facilities in room. Staff were most helpful and very pleasant. Idea and no complaints.

Hotel and room great,breakfast very good
Not hotels fault but room behind us through wall where bed was were very noisy,shouting and banging on walls after 3,started again after 5 so had poor nights sleep

Generally a nice hotel, good location and facilities. However, member of staff came banging on the door at 11 saying in a patronising tone that we were late checking out and did we require a late check out despite our confirmation and all subsequent booking info and the check in staff telling us it was 12....... Liked the hotel but this meant we left in a rush

極佳 Everything from checking in to checking out staff was very polite amenities 10/10 I stay at Hampton by Hilton in York a few times a year but I will definitely be back in Newcastle

Bathroom was terrible toilet didn’t flush sink didn’t drain and shower fitted with seat that didn’t fold up so made things difficult
Booked ‘queen room ‘ thinking queen sized bed WRONG normal sized bed
Breakfast was a free for all which was manic
