Food choices excellent and pools well kept. Very relaxing 2 br was spacious with 3 bathrooms

Nice resort. Views from the Oceanside pool were fabulous. I did not like having to settle up the check every hour while in the pool while on an all-inclusive trip. Only reason to do that is to generate more tips, because the balance was always 0, plus tips. We also had $200 in credit from Expedia for food and beverages, but when we checked out, we still owed $265 even though we were on an all-inclusive and we had the $200 credit. Seems to be a predatory tactic. 2 stars for that treatment, but otherwise a nice resort. We couldn’t get any same-day reservations at the restaurants so we didn’t get to try many of the restaurants they were booked up.

This was an amazing hotel. The staff, especially Elder, made the trip relaxing and welcoming. The Villas were beautiful and the food was delicious. I will be back again to Cabo largely bc the property was world class. 10/10!

This was our 2nd stay at Hacienda Encantada and it did not disappoint. Our family loves the entire property, from the El Patio pool & bar up to Mestizo for dinner. Rooms were excellent and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to concierge David for all of his assistance, he really made our stay special and we look forward to returning again!

The entire staff was amazing, greeted us with a smile by name after just 2 days. Breakfast on the rooftop was a great way to start the day. I loved the chia seed parfait. Sashmi at the swim up pool bar was my absolute favorite meal. The cart service was prompt (Romero, Leonardo) Manny at concierge was most helpful setting up excursions.

Breakfast was amazing! Drinks by the pool were great. And lunch and dinner were very good too. Italian restaurant was spectacular!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and roomy. Lots of pools, bars ,restaurants. Great activities. Loved the karaoke! Shuttle to Cabo marina was great! Shout out to wait staff at the pool bar (Martin, Anselmo, Margarita). Isabel at breakfast and Concierge David.

The breakfast was amazing, the drinks were amazing, it was very relaxing and Sam was actually super nice and friend! Stayed for four nights girlfriend’s birthday, and it was one of the best resorts!
