The room was great. Very convenient that the bar/restaurant was right downstairs. The staff were also very helpful as well.

Very disappointed because of the noise levels. my room was literally vibrating until 2am as there was very high volume DJ was operating under Hotel rooms. My kids were very nervous and afraid because we couldn’t sleep until 2am. so this hotel is not for family with kids specially on weekends. i was really disappointed.

The shower could of done with abit of mould spray and a new shower head, it was very slow apart from that it was great,

Everything was great. I have no complaints. Thanks

Accessibility Even though co existed pub and karaoke system the disturbance was well addressed and informed in advance and guest have been provided with ear plugs to fall on to sleep easily

The room was clean that’s it . The bed was atrocious to sleep on I could hardly walk after sleeping on it I have a heart condition and after walking down the stairs I ended up in hospital. I am not happy we. Would have been better to sleep in the car

Highly recommend. Staff member was helpful when checking in.The bed was extremely comfortable.
