Place was spotless and staff very friendly and nice. Well located near I’ve stations, shops and Hyde Park. Kitchen could have been a bit better stocked with essentials and listed implied there was a washer in the room and there wasn’t. Overall, good value for what you get.

One would think a hotel would provide a phone for their guests, even for one local call. I needed to call the car rental When we arrived, the heater wasn’t working, they fixed it right away. The shower isn’t the best, i can’t adjust the height because the adjustment is cracked so the shower head is throwing water on my neck. The condition of the room is not the best, kitchen cabinets were all worn out, baseboards are warped. The whole room needs to be renovated now, finishes were all outdated and worn out.

The walls are thin and I could hear the people in other rooms. It disturbed my sleep. Not enough towels and no full length mirror to really see yourself. It's the small things that count sometimes. The people at the desk were friendly.

The hotel after the experience is clean and new, and everything is modern, the service, cleanliness, and the kindness of the staff. I recommend it a million percent. It is one of the cleanest and most upscale places to stay in London.
