Fabulous to have the health club amenities is a part of the stay

Free parking, staff, and location was perfect for my needs plus staff is always above expectations.

Great. Convenient. Good parking.

Super clean, friendly staff, and the restaurant’s food was delicious.

We had a refrigerator in our room, but no microwave. A microwave would have really enhanced our stay. Otherwise, a very fine hotel.

Really disappointed with this stay. The hotel is grossly overpriced, especially if you don't plan on using the facilities. Even with an exorbitant nightly rate, we still had to pay a resort fee which should have been included in that rate. If you are a person who wants to take advantage of the sports complex then this is a good hotel for you but if you're looking just for a nice hotel, this isn't it. The pool was so packed we couldn't even use it. This is a complex that is open to the public (who have memberships) so it's not just hotel guests who have access. The rooms themselves are just OK. There is absolutely nothing special about them and they're quite frankly cold and sterile with cheap interior. The bedding is incredibly rough, the pillows are uncomfortable and the beds hard. The staff is outstanding which is just about their only redeeming quality. We also enjoyed the restaurant which had really good food (but expensive). Would definitely NOT stay there again.

Tv only had cable. No Netflix. Lids for coffee cups in room would be helpful. If I use the paper cup, I’m probably taking it somewhere. Room temp control was not user friendly and it was super warm even set at 69.

Beautiful space, we actually were members here before leaving Chicago so we’re excited to be back for a show down the road and take advantage of the hotel. Staff is incredible, facilities and room are very clean. Views are incredible, rooms are well equipped, there is a fridge, more than enough storage space. BUT… After two calls to the front desk during our four day stay, with the same answer - unfortunately due to how it’s constructed/layed out, you will NOT get more than 6 hours of actual sleep Reason being, the gym is open from 5a-11p and every time Andre the Giant and Hercules throw weights on the 3rd floor, the hotel guests know. It’s not the noise, which is why you get ear plugs on the bedside table, it’s the vibration it causes…and doesn’t stop during those hours.
