I loved it everyone was kind and very attentive to my needs. Even going as far as to open all doors for me. It was a wonderful experience I am glad I stayed.

Nice wine bar restaurant with good food. Very quiet rooms. Comfortable bed with lovely soft pillows.

Hotel was ok overall, except for minor faults in the cleanliness and the facility (bathroom). However, the problem was the loud music from outside. Perhaps, there is a club of some sort. The music was blaring all night, which made it very difficult to have a sound sleep. I strongly think the hotel management should manage this problem for the potential hotel guests.

Bit far from the airport but if traveling early morning or late night then its nothing to worry about. The hotel itself was nice and felt luxerious. Cant complain at all. Also couldnt here tge other guests either.

I stayed for seven nights. Bathroom cleanliness was horrible especially the shower. The only thing that is clean in the room is the bed. Staff are amazing though.

Terrible service from the staff. Not trained properly to handle situations and they told me to go ahead to complain to their management. Rude and very unprofessional. With the price, there are many other hotels around the area thats worth your money.

Nice hotel, Great Staff

Good vibes, but the condition is not really good. The water in the sink didn't flow away properly. Also we requested for a room with a view on the city, but didn't get it. After asking the reception a second time, we still did not get it, even though there was availabilities as shown on hotels.com. Hmmmmm... Also the breakfast was very poor. However: It wasn't bad stay, but we def expected more from a 5* hotel.

Very nice hotel, Great staff, will book again once I am in the area again, hopefully Expedia fixes my account by then!

Nice Wyndham hotel that was previously the 5 Star Pullman City Centre Surabaya.
