The staff were helpful and the pool was our favorite part. Our room was right by the elevator so it was loud. The blackout curtains let a lot of light in and didn’t really allow us to sleep in much. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and our room was attended to only once. The bed was the worst - hard, squeaky, could feel every spring, and very uncomfortable. It seems the property would do well to upgrade their mattresses. It was nice to be able to walk over to the Wharf to shop/eat. Overall I would not stay here again and would have preferred a hotel closer to Orange Beach with a comfier bed.

Facilities were great! Clean room, great pool. Breakfast was okay. Mostly bagels, quiche, pork sausage. No turkey options or scrambled eggs. Ended up eating breakfast outside the hotel most days.
