Shower need to be cleaner, mould wall. Staff was not too bad. Amenities was lacking as in cafe been shut for some time n hotel needs some upgrades.

Air conditioner was bad and hot water system bad

Could have gotten a perfect rating, if it is not because of the showering experience. There was no hot shower available. Apparently, the water heater is to be controlled at the air conditioner control panel, where it must remain at 20 degree Celsius with maximum fan speed, according to the helpdesk. Despite that, the shower at most gotten to room temperature, while the room ended up freezing cold.
