Check-in process was confusing as the front desk had absolutely no idea on the booking, and they asked us questions, which they’re supposed to know. The room is decent, won’t go into details but the most huge horrible part is the AC. Barely working, all over the hotel and it’s way too hot to tolerate sweating everywhere. Beds aren’t comfortable and the bed linen is way too old to be used to be honest.

Fantastic staff to deal with .
Overall a great stay.
They have tons of parking space out front .
It’s a 7 minutes taxi ride to the airport.
Nice rooms .
TV didn’t work .
Nice hot showers
A chef is on hand to make food to order.
Very much in a business district so nothing in the area but a tiny mini market around the corner or a 20 minutes taxi ride walk to Kentucky fried chicken which was “meh”.

Water was all over washroom from shower side, no water bottle on many days.
Condition and cost is totally unacceptable and unjust.
Location is good for exhibitions and near airport.

I was really looking forward to staying at Hotel Du Lac, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The TV in the room didn’t work, and although we were two guests, there was only one set of towels provided. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. To top it off, the rug in the room was visibly dirty, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
