Fantastic staff to deal with . Overall a great stay. They have tons of parking space out front . It’s a 7 minutes taxi ride to the airport. Nice rooms . TV didn’t work . Nice hot showers A chef is on hand to make food to order. Very much in a business district so nothing in the area but a tiny mini market around the corner or a 20 minutes taxi ride walk to Kentucky fried chicken which was “meh”.

Great stay Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. Highly recommend

Water was all over washroom from shower side, no water bottle on many days. Condition and cost is totally unacceptable and unjust. Location is good for exhibitions and near airport.

Unfortunately, the facility was having HVAC issues and our room was very hot.

Great stay, clean room, cleaned regularly, everything works, fresh bottled water available, very quiet, local to everything you’d need as a visitor

I was really looking forward to staying at Hotel Du Lac, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The TV in the room didn’t work, and although we were two guests, there was only one set of towels provided. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. To top it off, the rug in the room was visibly dirty, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

They called my room asking if I needed a massage and spa service. I said no, I'm good. They argued with me over the phone, saying "Aren't you tired?" I had to explain again that I'm not interested. They were also rude staff. They thought I didn't speak their language, but I understood all the bad things they said about me and how they were trying to scam me. Avoid this place at all costs. Not to mention how dirty the bathroom in the room was.

I strongly advise all visitors to avoid this place stay at this hotel. The heating in my initial room was malfunctioning, and the hospitality services and cleanliness were severely lacking despite the hotel’s four-star rating. I strongly advise all visitors to avoid wasting their time and money in this establishment. Attached is the picture for your review.
