Everyone was nice

Loved this hotel easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

Amazing the suit was amazing but the beach had a lot of sea urchins but overall it was a good experience

Exceptionally kind staff throughout the property , they really do their best.

The best stay I have ever stayed at a hotel. The rooms are amazing very spacious and luxurious. The staff incredibly friendly and helpful and accommodating to the biggest extent. I give it a 100/10 I’ve stayed at most of the hotels on the palm this one by faaar exceeded and went beyond all of them.

Everything was great and staff was particularly awesome … but I had a very bad experience with the sleep! We booked a 1 bedroom apartment as we were 2 adults and 2 kids, i slept on the sofa bed with my son and it was HORRIBLE … couldn’t sleep all night felt the metal in my back, I peeked under the covers to see what the issue was and found a SPONGE, not a mattress… just a big old yellow sponge. First of all it’s not hygienic at all as it wasn’t even covered other than with the bedsheet, second it’s very very uncomfortable!

Very disappointing stay at Sofitel The Palm Dubai. We arrived at 4 PM and our room was still not ready despite the advertised 3 PM check in, only gaining access around 4:30 PM. After that, it took over an hour to set up the sofa bed despite informing staff that our children were exhausted and needed to rest. The biggest frustration was the valet service. The team could not locate our car, and it took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to retrieve it. Service throughout the hotel was consistently slow and appeared disorganized. The pools and common areas were overcrowded, and overall management seemed unable to cope with the volume of guests. For a stay costing close to $1,000 per night, the experience fell far short of expectations. There are many better options in Dubai offering superior service and value for significantly less. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

So nice

We had a great experience at the hotel. Some of the restaurants were not available due to the current situation. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet had a good variety, the staff put a smile on your face,the ambience was nice. We highly recommend people to make the most of it while it’s not that busy and they can enjoy their stay.
