Il est inconcevable de proposer une piscine à laquelle on ne peut accéder que par des échelles encastrées, dont l'utilisation est dangereuse, alors que des escaliers offriraient une solution bien plus sûre et confortable. Pour certaines personnes, cette piscine n'est donc qu'un simple élément décoratif. Tout cela se fait dans le parfait désintérêt d'une direction qui accepte sans broncher ce grave défaut de conception, lequel affecte également cet hôtel sur d'autres aspects. Le coût d'un escalier en aluminium ne dépasserait pas 5000 Nis

The staff were exceptional, helpful and kind and very engaging from the moment we arrived. The rooms and location of hotel were really amazing and more than we expected. We will definitely be back !!

The hotel is right across from the beach the stuff are amazing and ready to make your stay great, breakfast buffet is a must fresh and delicious,the room is luxury clean with a balcony,they changed sheets and towels twice a day. I highly recommend that hotel 5 stars everything.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We stayed for a week and found the pool, gym and beach to be really convenient and lovely. The gym was small but adequate. The cleaning staff came twice a day at minimum which was very nice but unnecessary and in my opinion wasteful. The staff was always helpful. We like this location and which stay here again.

There is a barbaric issue with this hotel . The issue is a tire spikes if you enter the wrong way . I don’t understand why any hotel would do such thing there is no entrance sign but but when you get to see it it’s too late . And if it is your first time I’d be careful. I was greeted with three holes on my tire when I checked in. Staff is great doing there job , especially a person by the name of Almog, which is a very nice and hard-working man. Placing spikes on the hotel driveway area is barbaric , and at least you can put a sign that there are spikes but it seems like the hotel management is enjoying to see their customers every now and then getting flat tire tires. There was a big no smoking sign in the street but God forbid you put a sign that says beware of spikes at the entrance area .They should do something about it. Otherwise it’s a shame they will never see me in this hotel.

Not worth the nightly cost. Some of the staff is extremely helpful while others are a bit complacent and non-accommodating. The food is good.

The room was disappointing. There were no usb outlets for charging phones. The outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom was way back under the vanity-impossible for us to reach. The 2 glass doors to the bathroom made it difficult to leave a light on during the night.

The hotel is charming and high-quality, located on the southern part of the Tel Aviv Promenade, right next to the stunning beach of Tel Aviv.
