THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SO HELPFULL AND SO NICE

The receptionist was nice and allowed us to view the room before deciding if we need a bigger room or not. Stayed for 1 night only without breakfast. Great location, near shops. Noise did not bother us. Housekeeping can improve on keeping the room dust-free. Overall - good value for money.

Parking was crazy, breakfast very good.

The hotel was really great, very clean and the staff were helpful. The reception is 24/7 which is very helpful! Can’t fault the place, thank you :)

Nice, clean, central hotel. Staff are very friendly. I would only say that the room could use a fan or air conditioning in hot weather.

Very helpful staff here; the facility is somewhat outdated, and its value is only okay, but it remains suitable for your hospitality.

Great staff

Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is no a/c which made it harder to sleep at night. Location was good.

Clean rooms and building, staff were nice, and the breakfast was okay. Lots of Nats on the fruits in the breakfast lounge but I can see why not much can be done about that. The showers or at least mine would only have warm water for 8 or so minutes before getting really cold. The vending machine was basically empty during my stay with only a few items. The fans in the room were a bit underwhelming in terms of cooling me at night (good to note that there was a heat wave when I stayed). Be sure to look at the weather and time your trip since it can get really warm in the rooms or at least mine. Overall an okay hotel to stay at.

Very clean, windows can be opened, fans provided. Three of us are happy during the stay.
