Great Japanese style hotel right on the water. Location is great right on the beach. Free parking and a great onsen.

Excellent location for public transports, located across the street from a beautiful beach. The staff are nice and helpful. The public spaces are not attractive but our Japanese style room is large and clean with private bath. Our ocean view looks past a several structures so not so scenic. Has only indoor Onsen. If you plan to go out for dinner, have the staff book you a table. Most restaurants are small and fully booked even for a Thursday night. Restaurant doesn’t have a view for a hotel across from the beach!

Service by everyone was excellent. Great teamwork, polite and helpful. Convenience to the beach and ocean views were wonderful. Special thanks to Yamauchi-San for his special attention to us.

Room large and immaculate. Very satisfied. Service exceptional. Please tell Yamaguchi san thank you for taking extra care of us. Yamaguchi san very important to Sanrankuso Hotel. Dinner and breakfast excellent.

Everything was good, cleanliness, space, friendly & helpful staffs, location & etc. The only discomfort I had was the thin layer of futon mattress. The blanket was warm and comfortable but the mattress was very thin. Not comfortable to sleep on.

The hotel is at an excellent location although the decor is a bit dated. The room is big with a balcony overlooking the famous Shirahama beach.
The hotel staff were the most helpful. The lady staff was in the phone with various parties to help us sort out our punctured tire on the day we checked out. Sorry I didn’t get her name but she was the only female staff there on the morning of 3 Nov 2023. Thank you so much!
