Good hôtel, great staff!!!

Completely different all things like i stay in the street frankfurt sound

Great reception staff - great location close to Station also was a plus.

nice hotel and great location

The hotel is situated just across the road from the main railway station. The central business district is a 5 minute flat walk from the hotel and the old town a 12 minute flat walk from the hotel. The staff are very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. The rooms are clean and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself was lovely. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Accommodating with any asks (extra pillows etc). Hotel decor is mostly modern. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping. Breakfast was basic but enough options to suffice. In terms of location, it’s great as it’s so close to the main train station however, because of that the area surrounding the hotel is not nice. Many unsavoury looking people. Felt very unsafe walking back and forth the hotel. Luckily I was with my partner but even he felt uneasy. Understand, it’s not the hotels fault but will probably not recommend or return due to this.

Hotel is fine, but the surrounding area could be considered potentially dangerous. Recommend staying closer to old town or South side of river.

The beds were small and hard, limited blankets, and pillow quality was poor. Breakfast was consistent but a little limited

Best location

Very good overall
