Good location. Continue walking down the street toward fountain. Less touristy. Lots of vintage stores, coffee shops, bakeries.

Yes the ac kept our room cool though we wanted the room a little warm since it was chilly . Staff was terrific , answering all our inquiries and always making sure we were greeted every day .

Very nice room. Staff was very personable and helpful.
Only thing for someone to know is that the 5th floor rooms are only accessible by a very tight staircase. Not a major problem unless you have mobility issues.
