Clean room, staff are friendly

Well not much to report here , truly a 5 star Hotel. The Dinner buffet is incredible. East meets West dining experience, eclectic dining, Sushi to English style roast beef. Stellar street front Pizza / Italian restaurant. Chinese restaurant as well, albeit I never tried it , I’m sure it’s up to Hotels standards . Breakfast buffet serves Vietnamese street food to Eggs Benedict, fantastic service and food.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff were very friendly and really take care of you. Buffet Branch is good as well. Very helpful staff.

Everything is excellent

We just spent ten wonderful nights at the Sheraton, and the location couldn't be better. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed with cold tea and refreshing towels—such a lovely touch after our ten-hour journey. Jane at the reception was incredibly helpful, ensuring we got the perfect room for our needs. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive, offering an impressive variety of options. The hotel was pleasantly quiet at night, and having a balcony to dry our clothes while enjoying the great view was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed some drinks at the Altitude Bar, which added to our relaxing experience. Tram our cleaning lady was also so sweet. The pool area provided towels, and Leo at the Tiki Bar was especially friendly. We did try to access the beach, but with only 18 available sunbeds, getting there early or later in the day is essential. We would definitely choose to stay at the Sheraton again! Kudos to Team S for making our stay so enjoyable—thank you!

The Sheraton Nha Trang is an immaculate hotel with stunning & spacious rooms, amazing quality food, perfect location opposite the beach, and the most genuinely friendly & helpful staff. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to have a relaxing stay in Nha Trang!

Great hotel location with friendly service at all times. Nice pool area. Buffet breakfast a big positive. Room felt a little tired in places but overall enjoyed our stay.

Great customer service! Amazing breakfast main focus on Asian cuisine. The beach is right across the street! Must try the pizza place downstairs (make reservations). Very Bea hotel. Super friendly staff and housekeeping staff did an excellent job on cleaning our room every day! Big shoutout to the customer relations team made my mom birthday unforgettable! Highly recommend this hotel!
