The staff were especially helpful when I wanted to extend my stay and book the room for a day extra

Friendly and helpful staff

Very helpful receptionist, hotel perfect for our requirements

Clean room comfy beds staff great. Location really good. Breakfast average but fine

Good location. Comfy beds and pillows. Very clean.

Location was good for the station and visiting the city and waterways. staff helpful, breakfast ok

Overall good. Nice clean room but shower was disappointing. Very low pressure and temp was difficult to control because of the delay of temp change. Breakfast was disappointing. Had to ask for bacon as it had run out. Only standard offering and no fried eggs! Poor selection of pastries too. Only free coffee is in the restaurant although there is a costa coffee machine in lobby but guests have to pay. Don't know if it was just on our stay but there was no milk in costa machine. Handy location though with Cabot circus less than 10 min walk away. Would I stay here again? For the price I paid, no.

The hotel was ok and staff great. £22 for parking was excessive though. Apart from that it was fine

It was beat
