STAY AWAY!!!! do not spend a dollar here. even though staff was great as I is mostly the case in Mexico City - we checked in and lets us know the coffee was limited, only one per person! the lights in the rooms are a horror! if your planning to wear make up forget about it! yellow dim lights and the SPA? not for use for guests!! unless you pay another $2000 pesos for 80 and make appointment! The manager is rude and quiet enjoyed how displeased we were. super overpriced!! we stayed there for a wedding- everybody else complained about the same. this hotel made our stay in Mexico bitter!

Great property - staff is friendly and accommodating. I was a VIP check in and they forgot to bring my complimentary bottle of wine. Once I reminded them it was sent to the room.
Also look at the bill at check out - they add a room tip for housekeeping that is not mandatory to pay especially if you have already left one in the room.
