Very helpful staff who gave us a late checkout and were helpful directing us to the public transport system.

great location, walkable to many restaurants and activities. great room, comfortable bed. breakfast buffet was great and had a large variety. lounge was adequate.

Everything was good

Hotel well located right next to the Singapore river with it's walkway for an evening stroll and dinner along its path; the Hop-on Hop-off yellow route bus terminal is located across the street for easy access via walkway bridge, if only planning on visiting Gardens by the Bay and Sands a Taxi will be cheaper and more time efficient. Taxi from hotel to Airport, 30 minute and about $27 US dollars. The staff were superb!!! accomodating and always ready to assist, will stay here if ever in Singapore again. PS about a 20 minute walk to China town, take a map and be prepared for hot, great experience.

The room was very clean, the staff was very attentive and helpful . It had a great location.

Room was clean, view of the river was great and staff was very helpful. Food was good but breakfast buffet at Manila Sheraton was a little better.
