低於平均 Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The staff were polite, kind and helpful particularly when we had difficulty switching on the shower, which we appreciated.
However, we were unable to connect to the WiFi the hotel could not provide or sell a basic toothbrush.
The room was advertised as soundproof despite us hearing considerable noise from guests in the corridor, especially in the morning.

The room was extremely hot due to the weather and one fan provided wasnt enough to cool the room.

This property was absolutely stunning. The grounds were delightful and relaxing, and it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy a drink in the gardens. Parking was easy and secure close to our room, the room was huge, clean, comfy, airy and had a small fridge which was great to keep drinks cool. We would certainly stay here again 👍

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing. The hotel and rooms are a little tired in places but for the price, cleanliness and staff it’s one of my favourite places to stay in the area
