The staff who checked me in was kind . I was exhausted. The two women were not at helpful as I was leaving . Almost rude . Very aloof and seemed too busy . I managed to help myself though .

Dossier has become my place to stay when I visit Portland. Whenever preparing for a trip to Portland, I automatically book Dossier.

Great staff, always a fun time

Friendly staff, good coffee in room, room was as described. We could not have been happier with our stay. Note that Expedia has an error, they do not have a happy hour, but they do offer you a complimentary welcome drink (water/soda) when you arrive! We would stay again!

Loved it! Great location and room and the staff was very nice and helpful

Only one elevator was working which made going up and down too time consuming.

I will definitely stay here again in Portland. Interesting decor, great room, and restaurant was tasty!

I loved the location of the Dossier. I could shop the Nordstrom sale as well as Kiriko, Kinokuniya. The staff was super helpful! Loved our stay!

The hotel has a big noise problem with AC units that go on and off all night and reverberate through the hotel. Even turning mine off I heard others through the walls and not even a very loud white noise machine and ear plugs could block it out. Also, the car and motorcycle noise from the street was horrendous until very late at night and my room wasn’t even close to the road. Finally, their pillows are so huge that they crooked my neck really badly. Too bad because the hotel itself is brand new and very tastefully done.

Clean room, friendly staff, and easy access to downtown shops and restaurants
