極佳 I was very impressed with the professionalism by all the staff. The front receptionist was very helpful and gave suggestions of how to get to the main area of Venice places to eat etc… The housekeeping staff very professional and helpful offering assistance. This hotel was centrally located and easy access to all the major sites of Venice.

Check out was atrocious and the line was super long. I also didn't want the full breakfast buffet, just wanted to order a la carte and the staff wouldn't let me

Only stayed for one night, but the property was very clean very convenient and they provided shuttle for us to the airport, which was great. Nice location next to the bus stop to take the bus into Venice as well.

Great Hotel but very near to a Lagoon which when we went was Feeding time for the Mosquitos, bitten over 40 times, not pleasant even with the doors and windows shut. Maybe its better when its not so hot, it was 39 degrees for the 2 days there.
