What a great hotel. Lobby is very clean with complimentary coffee, cold water or tea all the time. We had a studio suite which included a small kitchen; so convenient. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom was roomy. Best hotel free breakfast I have experienced besides being at a resort; so many choices. We lucked when we arrived; had the pool and hottub to ourselves for a few hours. Next time we are in Winnipeg, will stay here again

Nice, clean, quiet. Room was spacious, perfect for the family with a full kitchen. Didn’t feel squished as you would in a typical hotel rooms, or even some “suites” that are cramped with a small kitchenette. Lots of shopping options around. Staff were friendly. Nice to have a pool on site. Great stay overall.

Room and general appearance of the hotel was lovely. Had wonderful interaction with staff. They were all friendly and welcoming. Before running out for my errands, I mentioned to the front desk person that my heater was making a noise. By the time I came back to the room the issue was resolved. Was very happy with my stay.

Front desk staff completely ignored us at check in. Even though we were visibly present with a three month old baby and 2 high energy kids, the front desk staff continued stacking chips for an additional 5-7 minutes while we waited to check into our room. After a really long day and another one ahead this was definitely not appreciated and made us feel very ignored.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was comfortable.
The only issue we experienced was the air conditioning—it was quite loud, especially at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep. It would also be great if the TVs had YouTube available for more entertainment options.
Aside from that, everything was good and we would still recommend this hotel.

I booked at this hotel and they called me before check in and moved me over to the Fairfield. I am not sure why and we ended up having to call front desk over a noise complaint at 2:47am. Will not book with either property again.
