Every thing was good

Excelente servicio Margarita fue muy atenta en todo momento la habitacion muy limpia el desayuno exelente a muy buen precio todo de maravilla yo lo recomiendo

Wifi was temperamental. Thank goodness I had International data plan. Staff was not the nicest although they kind of remind me of my grandma when she's pissed lol. I felt like I had tiptoe around and was being watched and judged daily. The place needs a renovation but water pressure was good and plumbing was fine. A working safe in my room so that was good. Location was prime though so you get the good and bad. Reasonably priced considering location. Definitely no breakfast lol. They also didn't respect my putting the do not disturb sign on my door and still proceeded to make up my room when I'm not there.

Todo muy bien

A great location right in the heart of Madrid. Easy to access all the sights one would wish to see. The area was quiet considering how busy the outside was. The rooms are small but have all the necessary amenities one might need. The elevator is handy as well especially since the hotel is on the 3rd floor. All in all a good choice when traveling to Madrid.

Very nice and welcoming staff! Great location. It was just a place for us to sleep. The bed was not comfortable for us, too firm.

Very good location close to main attractions, A/C working fine very helpful. Room need bit of refurb- painting.

No ac, little fan, tilted bed, hanging curtain, no signage for exit.
