Location and room were amazing. Check in process after 9pm was a disaster. You check in a sister lodge but they didnt know incidental fees and wanted to charge me a much larger amount. Asked for my card info to be written on a post it. It was just messy and unprofessional. I wasn't advised of any amenities or the wifi code upon check in. This place was super cute just wish it was a better experience.

Pool was out of order, maid wanted a tip, we never saw her or asked anything of her, went to the office and picked up our towels. not great,

Unfortunate that the pool and hot tub were not functioning. Coffee options were too limited in bedroom and lobby (only availableafter 8 a.m.) . Breakfast options (which we had to order and pay extra for) were not really satisfactory. The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable. Back patio needs a little more privacy from parking lot and 2nd story rooms adjacent.

The location is fantastic, and I appreciated the electric chargers. I love the glass enclosed sofas with firepits in front of our room. Things that could be improved: It would be nice to have coffee before 8:00 am. It would have been nice to know that the pool and spa were closed, as we might have chosen a different property. This is apparently a temporary issue though. We also were charged twice for breakfast, but only received it once, and were told we would receive a new bill by the end of day, but it never appeared. All in all, a very nice, but not perfect, stay.

It was awesome. Beautiful property in a good area.

The location of the Sea Otter Inn was perfect! Excellent opportunities to walk on the board walk and view the sunset. It’s within walking distance of some nice restaurants, although they were a bit on the pricey side, but with really good reviews. A short drive to town gives you more dining options with more reasonable price points. Our room was very comfortable and extremely cute. The fireplace would be a nice touch in the wintertime. Our room had a mini-split A/C system to keep us cool and a microwave and fridge. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The picnic basket delivered to the room with our breakfast was a great touch. The pool was out of order, so if you’re set on swimming, call ahead to see if it’s in working order.

Most everything was perfect except they were short staffed and didnt get around to cleaning our room during our three day stay.

One of our best weekends of the summer, great location, great service!

Room was clean and in great shape. Location was fantastic. Tremendous value for the money.
