Very old and dirty, even though you are in a beautiful town. No elevators, but the staff was friendly and helpful when it came to my suitcase. No AC. No window, except for a roof vent which I was told to open with a stick (tool) at night if I want some fresh air. This is a 1, maybe 2 star hotel at best. Not even.

Good breakfast, great location - room was quiet - care needed with low sloping roof, Good bathroom

Great location, nice clean rooms. Have to carry your bag up flights of narrow stairs.

Convenient location walking to train station

Cute mountain hotel. Few guests so it was calm and relaxing. I love how it is in the city center, but away from main street traffic.

Room was small and dark, and there was no elevator. But, it was clean and in a good location. Staff was very helpful.

The overall is a nice guesthouse I wouldn’t call this an hotel The team is very friendly and helpful The rooms are not a good fit for a family even tho they are “family rooms” The stairs are way to narrow to take a suitcase up The location is good but all the hotels there are in good location because it’s a small area The construction next door starting at 6 am and they are making too much noise, hard to sleep In general 3.5/5 stars
