Fabulous location. Clean, modern and fantastic staff.

Hotel Milano Castello was fantastic. We had a minor issue with the AC which the staff addressed right away. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A special thank you to the woman who was working the desk, she has curly blond hair and glasses (didn’t catch her name) she was so great to work with on the AC, she really took the time to make our stay great. We will be back.

great location - situated walking distance to key city sites; lovely breakfast in courtyard garden setting; front desk staff extremely helpful especially with adjusting prearranged car transport to airport when flight delayed

The staff were helpful and engaged and the property has a good breakfast with plenty of options. The propertly has close access to many Milan tourist sites and is near to a Metro point for going further and to the airport train.

We stayed in the Galleria Suite. I thought it smelled of tobacco, but my husband thought it was a chemical smell. Either way, we struggled to breathe and spent as little time as possible in the room. Allergens weren't labeled at the breakfast buffet, and there was no cappuccino machine. The hotel was in a good location (easy walking to all major attractions and the train station) and sufficiently clean, but we probably wouldn't stay at this particular hotel again. The terrace was nice, and I loved the night-booming jasmine, but the neighborhood nightlife was pretty loud. The free happy-hour drink was a really nice bonus, and all staff was really detailed, accommodating, and kind.

The hotel is in a perfect location, 10 min. walk to the Duomo and Castle, and near many great restaurants and bars. I stayed in the La Scala suite and it was 5 Star. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Castello. The staff and room were great and the hotel is located right in the heart of the historic center of Milan. Everything is easily walkable. We hope to return soon!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Milan. The location was ideal, only a short walk to most places, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the artwork beautiful and our rooms clean and spacious. The breakfast was also great, with a large selection of fresh food. We would definitely stay there again.
